Warranty |

Ocean Sensor Systems products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original shipment. When used within specified operating conditions our obligation under this warranty is limited to servicing or replacing, at our option, any item found to be defective. This warranty shall not apply if misuse, modification or unauthorized repair is found to be evident. All other warranties, oral or written, expressed or implied, are not recognized by Ocean Sensor Systems. A return authorization should be obtained from Ocean Sensor Systems office to exercise this warranty. |
